Prompt Presence is operated by Jengara B.V., KvK 42186593, Amstelveen, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@promptpresence.ai.
Account data: your name and email address from Google or Microsoft sign in. Service data: the projects, prompts, brand names and domains you configure, and the tracking results generated from them. Billing data: processed by Stripe (we receive subscription status and amounts, never your card details). Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your data to run the service (tracking runs, dashboards, reports), to bill you, to communicate about your account, and to improve the platform. The legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, and your consent where required (for example optional emails).
To produce tracking results we send your configured prompts to third party AI providers (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Anthropic, depending on which models you enable). Those providers process the prompt text under their own terms. We do not send them your account details.
Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in the EU (europe-west4, Netherlands). Backups stay within the EU. Where a sub processor is based outside the EU/EEA (for example Stripe or an AI provider), transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
We keep your account and project data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records longer.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email support@promptpresence.ai to exercise these rights; we respond within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review of our infrastructure. No method is perfect, and we will notify you of any breach as required by law.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and the latest version is always published on this page.
