Prompt Presence is a service operated by Jengara B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42186593, with its registered office in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. You can reach us at support@promptpresence.ai. These terms form a contract between you (the customer) and Jengara B.V. (we, us).
Prompt Presence monitors how public AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude) answer questions about your brand. We run the prompts you configure, record whether and how your brand is mentioned, and present visibility, sentiment, position, citation and competitor analytics in dashboards and reports. We do not control what third party AI models say; we observe and report it.
You sign in with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. You must provide accurate account information and be at least 18 years old, or have authority to act for the business you represent.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly in advance in EUR or USD, depending on the currency you select at checkout. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable; VAT is added at checkout when required by law. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are given for the remaining days.
Our one off AI visibility audit is a fixed fee service. After payment clears, you send us your brand details and we deliver a written audit report with findings and a prioritized action plan. Delivery timelines are communicated when you book. The audit is a professional assessment, not a guarantee of any particular ranking, mention or business outcome.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt the platform or other users, no scraping or reverse engineering beyond normal use, and no using the service to generate misleading claims about third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You keep ownership of the prompts, brand information and business data you put into the service. We own the platform, its analytics methods and aggregated learnings. You grant us a license to process your data as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results from third party AI models. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or business opportunities.
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be communicated in advance; continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms. Price changes for subscriptions apply from your next renewal and are announced at least 30 days ahead.
Either side may end the subscription as described in section 4. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you materially breach these terms. On termination you keep any reports already delivered; your project data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
